Episcopal Day School (EDS)

Pre K Day School (EDS)
EDS opened in the fall of 2008, St. William Laud will hold the first graduation ceremony for its Episcopal Day School on Wednesday, May 27th at 6:00 PM at the church. Parishioners are asked to bring finger food for a reception for students and parents after the ceremonies.
Registration for the fall term is currently in progress. Interested parties may contact the church office at 903 856 2675.
Classes are held from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon on Mondays and Wednesdays in both a fall and spring term. Teacher, Ms. Betsy Harris, a retired elementary school teacher, gives instruction in basic academic skills: reading, language arts, math, science, music and art. There is also a small playground that has individual and group equipment. Play times allow the students to develop social skills that they can carry forward to their formal education.

In a recent "Best of…" survey done by the readership of the Pittsburg Gazette, St. William Laud's Episcopal Day School was voted "Best Day School in Pittsburg."
